WHat We Provide

  • Choose from our cabin workshop room, loft lounge, surrounding creative rooms, or the deck, barn, or meadow (seasonal). Each space is warm, welcoming, and intentionally designed.

  • Use our rustic coffee bar area for your guests. Optional beverage + snack add-ons available.

  • We provide chairs, tables, décor, ambient lighting, and the Arrowhead Acres aesthetic people love.

  • We’re happy to feature your workshop on our website and support registration in a way that works best for you—whether that’s linking to your own platform (like Eventbrite) or creating a simple registration page on our end and handling payments so you can stay focused on your offering.

  • We’ll share your workshop with our audience through select social media posts and inclusion in our newsletter when timing allows.

    While we’re always happy to help spread the word, the success of each workshop is most often shaped by the energy and reach of the facilitator. We encourage you to actively promote your offering to your own community and networks—this is where we tend to see the most meaningful turnout.

Choose the spaces that speak to you

    The Workshop

    A bright, hands-on space designed for teaching, making, and gathering—ideal for creative workshops, small group sessions, and collaborative experiences.

    Capacity: 10-14

    The Main Cabin Space

    A grounding space with high vaulted ceilings that invites people to slow down, settle in and connect around the fireplace. This is sort of the central hub.

    Capacity: Full Cabin up to 30 (rotating stations) Deck (seasonal) +40

    The Loft

    An inviting upstairs space ideal for intimate gatherings, breakout sessions, or quiet moments to pause and connect. Leads to an 3rd floor balcony overlooking the property as well.

    Capacity: 11-15

    Coffee Bar

    A cozy gathering spot for conversation, connection, and a warm cup in hand—designed for refueling, mingling, and taking a relaxed pause between workshops and gatherings.

    The Barn (Seasonal)

    A rustic, open-air gathering space surrounded by meadow and sky. Perfect for workshops, creative builds, and seasonal gatherings with plenty of room to breathe.

    Capacity: 40-50 inside, 100 including surrounding lawn

  • The meadow (seasonal)

    A flexible outdoor gathering space surrounded by meadow grasses and open sky. Ideal for yoga, outdoor workshops, small ceremonies, creative classes, and seasonal events that benefit from fresh air and room to move.

FLAT-RATE RENTAL

Weekdays $125 per hour | Weekends $150 per hour

Good to know…

For ticketed events like workshops, facilitators are responsible for:

  • Managing ticket sales, pricing, and registration

  • Workshop instruction

  • Materials and supplies

  • Event promotion and ticketing

  • Guest Communication

What Arrowhead provides:

  • Beautiful workshop space (cabin, loft, barn, or outdoor areas)

  • Tables, seating, and basic setup

  • Parking for guests

  • The cozy Arrowhead atmosphere

  • Complimentary coffee machine and pods

Workshops can host 8–100 participants depending on the space and activity.

Many facilitators also choose to offer multiple sessions in one day if their workshop fills quickly.
